Came in to get my phone I bought online set up. Blair saw I was having some trouble and found out that even though I had bought the phone rebuttably, it had no warranty. I thought I was completely screwed! He helped me find a new phone, the exact model I wanted, walked me through everything, helped me set it up, discussed trading in or returning the old one. Really I don't know what I would have done without him. He was like a guardian angel every step of the way! He went way above and beyond, prevented a complete disaster for me, and I really could not thank him enough. I would give more stars if I could!

This Apple Store deserve the True "5 Stars" Rating, especially one manager, Ms. Jessica K. I could not praise enough for her extraordinary technical knowledge, savvy business skill, and her genuine attitudes helping all her customers. I'd recommend people to this store and will buy all my future iPhones and Apple products in this store mostly because the best experience from Jessica. With a manager like Jessica, you can count on other tech support will carry high standards. We have at least 15 Apple products and have lots of experience dealing with many Apples stores. As an older customer with little tech knowledge and poor eyesight, many times some Apple stores are either incapable or unwilling to help, consequently I have to visit another store to resolve a simple issue. On the contrary, Jessica (also a manager) was very busy managing her staff, taking care of 3 her own customers while helping me to switch 3 iPhones. She was very kind and patient helping me from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm. She even asked me not to apologize for my mistakes not remembering my passwords on 3 phones. Later I walked out with functional iPhones extremely happy. ugh Most of my problems came from buying my new iphone from Verizon's promotion and forgetting passwords. Jessica later explained that Apple will match what other companies' promotional deals which I shared with my family and friends afterwards. Jessica is a great asset to Apple stores with unusual knowledge of the Apple products, she is truly an outstanding manager in every aspect - business wise and technical wise. I could not thank her enough for the most satisfying experience. I'd highly recommend this store in Boston area. Much appreciated, Jessica!

This is a beautiful Apple store (and I mean beautiful!). So much natural light, two stories with a grand spiraling staircase. It's literally such a nice place to be when picking up your favorite Apple products. I mean if you're going to be spending the money, you might as well be in a nice place right?! Apple nailed it at this location. The store has all the major Apple products (iPhones, iPads, iMacs, Apple watches, Airpods, etc.). Great for getting the new products or taking your items in for repair. The staff at this location has always been great when I go in. Helpful and pretty efficient. I appreciate the online order pick-up and try to schedule ahead any Genius bar appointments so I can avoid the wait times that can come up with walk in appointments sometimes.

The reason I always buy Apple products is service after the sale. You know how you get sooo many updates on the IOS? Usually there is mention of a security update so I always update immediatley. Once you do that, sometimes you notice the navigation of some features has changed. It's not always that critical to figure them out but when you are traveling and need your iPhone at peak performance it's a necessary tool. I was there at 10am when they opened and there was an army of Staff on hand to help a line of people who had gathered. I was able to quickly get excellent service who fixed my issue and i was on my way with a smile on my face. Thank you!
